Magdalena Kordiuk - Indoor Cycling Instructor Having discovered Indoor Cycling, I was struck not only by the physical challenge but by the mental benefits as well. No matter how stressful life can get, you have an hour where you can escape and ride any road in the world or join the team in a group setting. Great music and its intrinsic link with the exercise make it challenging and demanding yet FUN! And I believe this is the key. If exercise becomes a chore, we are less likely to do it. As a personal trainer with certifications in various disciplines, Indoor Cycling remains my focus as, over the years, I have seen so many clients accomplish their goals on the bike.
