April has been a very busy month for us at AREA Fitness! We are looking forward to a healthy Spring & Summer Season!


Here is a listing of some of our upcoming events:


FREE Kettlebell Class! Saturday, May 5 at 1.30pm

Join us for this informative Kettlebell workout! This free class will introduce basic techniques and demonstrate proper form. Prepare to sweat! Kettlebells offer great cardio and strength training. All are welcome!


Kettlebell Technique Series Saturday, May 12, 19, 26, June 2 at 1.30pm

Get Strong Like Bull!! This four-week series will teach proper form and technique for a safe and effective workout. AREA’s own Stella Rose will instruct how to incorporate the cardio and strength training of Kettlebells in to your routine for maximum results! Sign up Today! $99 for four weeks


Bootcamp Every Wedneday beginning June 6 at 6pm

Attention Soldiers! Sergeant Connie Cornelius is ready to have you punch away those extra pounds and kick-start your summer fitness routine with this fun and effective workout. Interval training, core strengthening, cardio fat-blasts, yoga stretching and even some guest appearances from a few other Drill Sergeants (stay tuned for more details!) will have you beach ready and feeling good for Summer. This Scott Dude seems like he really knows his stuff. Nice,clear, and cosicne explanations for the lifts/exercises and? the mechanics involved for them.Love to sit down sometime w/him and shoot the shit about KB's, tattoos, and perhaps Zen/transcendental states of consciousness. Something tells me he's into that kinda stuff. ;)
