4:00 am Calcium/water
6:00 am Hemp granola
10:00 am Soya milk with chai tea bags and an omelette with 2 strips of bacon (craving fat; think I will take it easy re: losing any more weight. time to focus and looking strong)
11:00 am 1 hr cardio/ shoulder and bi
2:00 pm - Handful of pistachios
4:00 pm - Protein shake
7:00 pm - Liver and broccoli (it was there and i can't help craving it)
9:00 pm - Couldn't sleep so, went to a long walk with my sweetheart - i really do love summer!!!
End the evening with more calcium and water
