I must open with the weather (We were all there so... not another word)

4:00am Wake up protein shake (I am trying to jazz up the way I say a.m. protein shake)
8:45am (between clients) yummy hemp granola
And... We're off, never to eat again until I come up for air; who knows when that will be (people, this is bad; my stomach agrees)
1:00pm Soya milk and one tea bag (Let's not discuss this - was not my regular tea bag; it was the awful chai tea that Starbucks changed to. I must add their lack of concern for my disappointment is shocking. They are so lucky they have the best tasting soya milk in town)
2:00pm Chicken and coleslaw (can't tell you how it taste, inhaling was pretty close to what I did)
Did my interval workout about 4:00 - so much fun - reminds me of back in my competitive day - the strength I feel when it's over is amazing
7:00pm - More work before I got the proper tea from Starbucks (I think I mentioned I bring my own tea bags)

So fatigued; longest day of my life however, tomorrow at this time I will be very warm in Miami. The day was worth it.

Peace and stay dry (I know my basement won't be when i get back; insurance company is now on speed dial)
