Not the best day - eating was good but, fighting this eating hormone before that time of the months is tough.  I have images of sitting in the corner with a big bag of kettle chips (The aftermath being crumbs on my lap and sea salt in the corner of my mouth). You can imagine the nightmares i have been having.

No matter, I promised myself I would be good and I now remind myself how good I feel.  Also, it is encouraging to get photos from a few clients that are trying; these are photos of wonderful healthy dinners and lunches - something good is happening.

4:30 am Shake
7:00 am Soya milk
9:00 am Hemp granola
1:00 pm Kale salad and chicken 
5:00 pm Handlful of almonds (One thing about this time of the month, it's like nightmare on Elm Street. Don't sit down or you will fall asleep. So, now it's morning and I am recounting the previous day)
