FREE Kettlebell Class! Saturday, May 5 at 1.30pm
Join us for this informative Kettlebell workout! This free class will introduce basic techniques and demonstrate proper form. Prepare to sweat! Kettlebells offer great cardio and strength training. All are welcome!
Kettlebell Technique Series Saturday, May 12, 19, 26, June 2 at 1.30pm

Bootcamp Every Wedneday beginning June 6 at 6pm
Attention Soldiers! Sergeant Connie Cornelius is ready to have you punch away those extra pounds and kick-start your summer fitness routine with this fun and effective workout.
