First day in paradise and, although it's an honour and privilege tostudy yoga here with amazing teachers, I am forever staring at thebloody waves!!!

If I might keep it real for a moment, all the food is vegetarian(nothing wrong with that unless you re not a veg) - I am like a proteinjunky put on this island to dry out (yes I have the shakes)

Another key thing I must point out is that I don't know how long I cango without wearing high heels!!! Barefoot this barefoot that!

In all seriousness, 9 hours of yoga just flew by (how awesome is that)!!Off for a run and, can you believe one of the girls brought her trxhandles - can I say workout (all about balance)

hello doctor cathy,im 27weeks pnaergnt and its my first time to see your videos i already started doing these exercises and it felt good i just want to ask if these exercises can help me through my delivery?how many times a day and how many hours should i exercise?are these exercises enough eventhough i dont have time to walk or jog everyday?thank you very much for uploading videos god bless and take care
