Happy Birthday to my little one (gosh I now have a teenager)
5:30 am breakfast of champions – hemp granola with almonds and organic yogurt
(short on my water this week; must pick up the pace – my body is feeling it)
9:30 am 2 boiled eggs (there was some water between breakfast and snack not nearly enough
10:00 am 45 minutes stairmaster (would love to start running again but, I think once a week does my body just ok – still too much stress on joints)
11:30 am soya milk steamed with chai tea bags – wake up (I know light-weight)
1:30 pm turkey chilli (one has to do something with the leftovers)
4:00 pm training with a very heartless trainer
7:00 pm vegan protein bar (belly excited about my trip)
10:00 pm will be bed time when I am done with the packing et al.
