4 days before I have to be seen in a swimsuit-- Christ (excuse my language)
Started @ 5:30 am today so speaking in tongues right now.
5:20 am Managed to sit and have my nutritious breakfast
6:30 am Glutes and ab workout – freaking out about the swimsuit (let’s take a moment and pray)
9:00 am Soya milk with 2 chai tea bags – always great for calcium and D and to bring me to a calm place (I don’t even speak when I go to my Starbucks. Awesome crew)
11:30 am Baked chicken
3:00 pm Vegan protein shake
4:00 pm 45 minutes of uninterrupted cardio (meaning I talked myself into not stopping to dust something – I too can easily be distracted)
6:00 pm Vegan protein bar
I'm so sleepy but have a sink full of dishes without help!!!
