Exercise overview (this is all an overview because I was being a good mom 2 days in a row; how you ask? I hosted 3 boys in aid of my son’s b-day – no worries I am still standing but, 3 day later, I don’t remember my name. as such, I will try to piece stuff together)
Saturday – 20 minute run and 45 minute spin
(dropped kids off at a movie – don’t worry, I took them in; not the shoulder roll as I sped off )
after my fab breakfast, I went to starbucks with the spin crew and had my tea (blur blur)
4:30 ish met my friend who was judging the salsa competition held at Harbour Castle hotel – I digress – I ate shrimp on greens – so hungry at this point, ate all the nuts they put at the table (small glass)
the night was a blur
Sunday – 40 minute run – took the kids to variety village and guess what, they had a gym.
Monday – 45 minutes stairmaster – once again eating was a blur but I know it wasn’t all good – kids went home at 1:30 pm
Back on tract tomorrow as I am now discussing @ 6:00 pm where to get turkey dinner – we were deprived and the weekend cannot go by without turkey.
Last entry tonight – turkey dinner was delivered with pumpkin pie; so back on track tomorrow! (notice there is no discussion)
