Thank to the universe for such an amazing day today and, let’s not forget the weekend to come. This brings my focus to slacking (that’s what I am doing). I must bring the focus back to the swimsuit I must wear in about 1 week (holding my head screaming right now)
No workout today, I'm always fatigued the day after my trainer. My head listens but my stomach is another story! Although it does help writing it down as things could be way worse.
5:30 am Always starts off well – hemp granola mixture – filled with iron calcium omega 3 – can’t say enough
7:00 am – My lovely sweetheart delivered my soya tea!!! More calcium for me and a little bit of black tea to jolt me back to reality. (I know, lightweight!)
The next few hours are spent running around city hall for documents. Who can please those people? They always want more!
1:00 pm tuna with apple in whole-wheat wrap and a salad – (did I mention that this meal is toasted; so yummy)
5:30 pm (will the lean beef ever go away) 3 meatballs and mixed veggies. Wait, there is a knock on the door – it’s sleep chasing me and beating me. Good night and it’s only 7:30 pm
