RSS FeedDay 11 of 21 - Sticking it to the routine

Every year it goes Fall followed by Winter, why the shock Connie? Getting past this now

5:30 am – the breakfast that keep cheering me up (refer to yesterday, the day before, the day before that….)
9:00 am – 2 boiled eggs (as uneventful as it sounds but, so quick and filled with vitamin D – I don’t go outside much during the day and no sun for 2 days- good source of D)
10:00 am – 45 minutes on stairmaster (only the good lord and some funky music got me through)
1:00 pm – a piece of baked talipa (equally boring sounding but, it was so moist and filled with omega 3)
(Mommy time starts…..NOW; pick up drop off)

4:00 pm – my training time with my prince of torture (while my cute little son boxes)
5:30 pm – meatballs with steamed veggies (another variation of meatloaf)
Feel pretty good but a bit sore!!!!
