Stressful day but tried to eat my best so, here goes
5:30 am hemp glory (it’s not really called that but that’s the party in my mouth) and vitamins
11:00 am soya with chai tea bags
1:00 pm tuna with apple toasted on whole wheat wrap and salad
2:00 pm 35 minutes cardio
6:30 pm 2 protein bars (so hungry)
Being in the eighth grade is killing me – way too much math homework. I do not remember having this much homework when I was in school! Thank goodness for calculators. S.O.S. Help!
