It is sooooo Fall!!!!
8:30 am rise (even later on a Sunday; sleep is a very cool thing) so is hemp granola on a Sunday in bed!!!
10:00 am Talked my sweetheart into an hour of hot yoga. He was amazing – what a great way to start one’s Sunday!
Yoga followed by lots of laughs and then…..lunch
2:00 pm Burger (no bread) with feta and broccoli
6:00 pm Vegan protein bar
7:00 pm My son went apple picking – yummy apple as a snack
The week is about to begin and it’s time to regroup and focus on my nutrition and fitness goals for the week! Have a great start to the week everyone.
