My sister’s, girlfriend’s, ex-mother-in-law and client’s b-day!  You know what that means….at some point my new eating regime will go to hell in a hand-basket.  Here goes!
 
7:00 am (later wake time on the weekends) and it’s the same – vitamins and hemp granola (so far so good!)
 
9:00 am my favorite every day but especially on a Saturday morning chai tea bags with soya milk
 
11:00 am – teach spin 45 minutes
 
1:00 pm – another good thing about Saturday’s; manicure and pedicure yeah!!!!
 
3:00 pm – chicken and broccoli and then….4 short hours a way, sodium hell (boy was it good)
 
7:00 pm – the good thing about this birthday dinner is that I did not have dessert! But, although we shared everything and I didn’t feel full, it definitely a cheat evening.
 
Did you know….if you cut sodium intake by ½ , there would be a 25 to 30 per cent improvement in stiffness of the arteries? (great segway after my birthday dinner)
