October 1/10
This is the day I think I got 45 minutes of cardio in – lots of interruptions today, kept forgetting to do stuff; oh well at least I got it in.
5:30 the best part of waking up is no folger”s coffee it’s (you know what I’m going to say) hemp granola with chia seeds, almonds and organic yogurt
8:00 am soya milk with 2 chai tea bags (next to the hemp, also, the best part of waking up!)
11:00 am Vega shake (suki makes a mean Vega shake; I almost forgot how green’s plus it tastes)
2:30 pm vegan protein bar, not so bad
3:30 pm 45 minutes stop/start stairmaster (my head is spinning)
6:00 pm fish and veggies (meatloaf out of my system)
looking forward to my salt attack tomorrow!
