Omg!!! October is here.
What a crazy week – I am still excited about by fitness goals but, this week, eating not so good. Hmmmm
5:30 am always a pleasure – hemp granola, organic yogurt, chia seeds, almonds
9:00 am 2 boiled eggs
1:00 pm Vega shake with all the trimmings to make it yummy (sort of worked)
4:00 pm handful of raw almonds
(so far I’m even too bored to go on)
7:00 pm that trusty meatloaf and steamed veggie (are you asleep yet; I am so close)
