A summary of the end of the week. It was a bad week at work, but a good week of eating, no wayward snacks. Yes, there was some wine, and even some beer, so it wasn't 100% :)
Friday: toast, 1/2 banana, chicken + salad, apple, carrots; dinner: steak salad (steak, red-leaf lettuce, cucumer, tomato, broccoli sprouts and goat cheese. W/ greek dressing (pretty mellow on the fat/calories. Yeah, yeah, yeah I know there's sugar in it, but I like it.) Half of a small whole-grain dinner roll. Friday night: Beer x 4 (like I said, it was a rough week!)
Friday Workout: 5 min warmup on bike, 2 warmup exercises + new Day 2 workout (details to come, can't remember it right now)
Dinner Thurs: pork tenderloin medallions, beans. Thursday Lunch: mini wheats + banana, coffee, vegetable pita wrap w/ hummus, carrots. (No gym. Slept in. Booo)
Wed: steak salad. one glass red wine. Chicken half-sandwich for lunch w/ mustard and whole-grain bread. Carrots, melon for snack. Gym: Half of new day 1 workout.
