I must start out by giving props to my client who is getting married! It’s 6:30 am and she is already at the gym.  I see stairmaster, I see weights, I see abs and I see stretches. I see a gold star for someone, that’s what I see.  Now I have to hound her about her eating (that’s always pleasant)

Now, back to my quest!

Breakfast time was 5:30 am today – hemp granola, almonds, chia seeds, organic yogurt (can I tell you how easy and tasty this breakfast was)

Another busy day! So when I looked up and it was 10:00 am – scooted off to the starbucks before my 11:00 am client

10:30 am grande soya milk with 2 chai tea bags (so not enough but, I am not as hungry in the Fall as I am in the Summer; how twisted is that!)

12:00 pm Vega shake with pineapple juice, frozen blueberries and almond butter (I just got an email from the Vega company saying Hugh Jackman is using Vega protein shakes to bulk up- very cool).

2:00 pm 50 minutes on stairmaster (trying to take it easy today – I am sure my trainer is dreaming about my method of torture as we speak.  I will be ready tomorrow!)

4:00 pm bean salad, tuna with apple, toasted, in a whole-wheat wrap – yummy!

It’s now 7:30 pm and I think I am done – homework (not mine; did I mention I am now in eighth grade) and, I still have a few hours of stuff to do so, tuning out until tomorrow.

Next topic I am into is being more alkaline……talk more about it tomorrow!!
