Wake time early – my son’s ride fell through so, I started the day running
4:00 am up, make bars, make lunch eek; already exhausted
4:30 am take vit d, calcium, probiotics
6:00 am hemp granola, almonds and organic yogurt
very busy day today; so much so that I truly had no time to eat but, can I tell you the restaurant next to the gym came through again!!!
11:00 am 2 boiled eggs delivered from the restaurant next door
12:00 pm ½ cardio - stairmaster
1:00 pm steamed soya milk and 2 chai tea bags with cinnamon
1:30 pm 1 ½ hours vinyasa yoga flow (had to stretch out from the yoga bootcamp yesterday). It was tough but feel very tall.
3:30 pm Vega protein shake with ½ frozen banana, frozen blueberries, almond butter, organic yogurt, and pineapple juice
5:30 pm teach 45 minute spin class (that was tough too)
7:00 pm grilled chicken, broccoli, 2 slices of rye thins with almond butter (so hungry)
Now to settle in clean up and go to bed (oh yeah, after dexter; maybe not so soon after I eat)
