21 days of fun begins. What’s the goal this time, 5 lbs but mostly I would like to get into competition shape (not that I would ever step on stage again but, every once in a while, I need to have a goal). I think I make my trainer crazy everytime I tell him I have a new goal (poor guy; I am a handful)

8:30 am – vit d, calcium and acidophilus – breakfast of hemp granola yogurt handful of almonds and organic yogurt.
conscious effort to think about sodium today – 1500 mg per day is all we need (believe it or not some people think we only need 200mg per day) here’s the thing – too much salt in the blood starts a chain reaction – water from cells rush into blood vessels to dilute said salt – what does that mean to you – fluid retention; swollen feet, abs, hands and feet.
10:00 – 11:30 am – yoga. I digress, is this a body weight circuit class or Ashtanga yoga – I really thought I was going to die when she said hover in a low plank for 10 breaths and, oh yeah, I know you want to go up in a handstand (did I say this….why is she spotting me)
11:30 am ish – chai tea with soya milk
3:00 pm steak and broccoli
It’s 6:30 pm and not feeling hungry probably because steak if very filling. I was feeling that my iron was low and craved meat; boy, was it good. Drinking copious amounts of water but will keep you posted on food in the near future!
