A.M. workout: 20-min cardio, two warmup exercises, cobra w/ two-second hold (3x15), Superset: hanging row, hip cross-over on mat, bench press (3x). 
Food: 
break: toast (whole-grain w/ cranberry + pumpkin seeds) w/ PB on one piece, cinnamon, butter on other. Banana
Lunch: mixed greens in balsamic + open faced panini w/ fresh heirloom tomatoes and fresh mozz. 
Dinner: Out @ a pub: two pieces of a personal-sized "Mediterranean" pizza w/ artichoke and sundried tom, plus 2x beer :) What can I say?
