So, it’s September 21, 2010, and I am not alone, many people want to cleanse (buzzword for eat better) workout and all sorts of new directions.  This brings me to my client who is getting married (cwigm) 

This morning I had a recap on my desk from my cwigm.  I am so proud that, with each day, there seems to be more awareness of food choices coupled with great workouts and longer cardio sessions.  

Here is her schedule from yesterday!

Tuesday
Workout: 
20 min cardio
-2 warm up exercises, 1 set each
Superset x3
-Lunge w/ barbell overhead 
-Wide grip pulldown
-overhead dumbell press (shoulder)
Superset x3
-Plank
-Rotating chop thingy (obliques)

Food:
A.M.: Wholegrain toast w/ raisins (1 piece PB, 1 piece butter w/ cinnamon)
Lunch: Chicken breast + broccoli. 
Snack: cookie
Dinner: A disaster - ordered a salad + chicken at restaurant, had a GRUB in it (!!!) ended picking off friends plates (pizza) and nibbling on (free) dessert. Yikes!

Everyone be kind; remember making a lifestyle change should be gradual.
