It’s been some time since we spoke but I am back.
I would like to begin with a review no, an explanation for my absence. I love routine, structure. Look, I can roll with the best of them but the summer throws me off – what to do with the kid; sleep-overs; take me here, take me there; it’s enough to suck your creative juices dry.
Now, I would have started my blog earlier but, I was too busy doing the school started happy dance then. I was having an even better time filling up my son’s timetable until the spring changes are upon us. Let’s hold hands and repeat “oh joy, oh bliss”
Tons of fitness/diet related issues crossed my thoughts. The diet related thoughts were brought on by routine and how much I enjoy it. It helped me to understand why I believe I had such a difficult time this summer staying on my eating plan. Also, because I am teach bootcamp at Area Fitness (nice plug), new exercises to suit everyone was my focus.
Over the next while, I want to share exercises and food stuff with you. Turn you on to a great website that my friends just launched for their magazine, Allergic Living. My friend Simon is the chef for the magazine and, what great recipes!!
Finally, I found a guinea pig who’s getting married in about 6 weeks and guess what, I started her on an eating and exercise push that, in 4 days, she has dropped 1 pound. Don’t worry, she is not tied up in the closet at the front, she is a real soldier and is completely gamed. I want to talk about her workouts, her good and bad food days and her weekly results. Rock-on!
